1. Scope of Services

Reverie Design LLC provides custom web design, development, and technical consulting services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be governed by individual project proposals or Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

2. SMS Terms of Service

As part of our service delivery and tool development:

• Program Description: Reverie Design LLC may send SMS messages for two-factor authentication, project alerts, or client communication.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity.
• Customer Support: Text "HELP" for assistance or contact us at [Your Support Email].
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reverie Design LLC retains ownership of any proprietary code or tools developed, while the client is granted a license to use the final web product upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Reverie Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any third-party integrations (including SMS delivery failures).

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
